Cancellation & Return Policy

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Customers have the right to cancel their orders only if the cancellation is made before the delivery of the order. A delivery is deemed to have been made when the order has been shipped to the customer.
Any cancellation notification must be sent via email to  info@ferihaorganics.com. The cancellation notification must include the following information:

Order number
Titles of products returned

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

The buyer is responsible for the content of the order. Any incorrectly ordered unopened orders can be returned to us if the buyer notifies us of the return within one (1) week of receiving the products. The buyer is responsible for any freight costs arising from the return of the products. The returned products must be undamaged and the packages unopened. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the returned products have been stored in a proper place at the correct temperature.

WARRANTED PRODUCTS:

We will exchange or refund a damaged warranted product only according to their manufacturer/agent’s return policies. Shipping charges may apply accordingly.

REFUNDS:

We will fully refund returned products within the time frame and as long as the returned products are in their original packaging and as per the terms mentioned above.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

 

CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

Any customer complaints based on the content of deliveries or the delivery must be sent in writing to info@ferihaorganics.com within one (1) week of receiving the products.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

We not responsible for any indirect losses incurred by the customer due to a sold product, any non-acceptance of a product or the delivery of a product in breach of the agreement terms. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any losses caused by a force major situation. Force major covers an unforeseeable incident or a change in conditions, such as a strike, lockout, fire, flooding, official action or any other reason independent of us and outside its scope of influence.

OWNERSHIP AND LIABILITY

Products become the property of the buyer after they have been paid in full. Liability for product damage will be transferred to the buyer upon product delivery.

CHANGES IN DELIVERY TERMS

The Supplier reserves the right to change these delivery terms without any separate notification. As a result, the customer must, before placing its order, read the valid delivery terms. Any changed delivery terms will only be applied to orders placed after the entry into force of the change.
